April 06, 2025- The 48-hour curfew that was imposed in sections of Crooked River, Annotto St. Mary has been extended for another 48-hours. The curfew begun at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 6 and will remain in effect until to 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 8.

The boundaries of the curfew are:
East: Along an imaginary line from the Paulwell’s Texaco gas station, extending to the entrance to the Marking Stone Beach.
South-East: Along an imaginary line from the entrance to the Marking Stone Beach, continuing to a section of the Gibraltar Housing Scheme.
North: Along an imaginary line from following a path through a section of Ross Drive in the Gibraltar Housing Scheme, returning to the Paulwell’s Texaco gas station, thereby closing the perimeter.

During the hours of the curfew, persons within the boundaries of the curfew are required to remain indoors unless otherwise authorised by the person in charge of enforcing the curfew.
