April 4, 2025 – A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in sections of Crooked River, Annotto Bay in St. Mary. The curfew began at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025 and will remain in effect until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2025.
The boundaries of the curfew are as follows:
EAST: From Point A located near the Paulwell Texaco gas station, extending to Point B near the entrance to Marking Stone Beach.
SOUTH: From Point B near the entrance to Marking Stone Beach, continuing to within a section of the Gibraltar Housing Scheme.
NORTH: From Point C, following a path through a section of Ross Drive in Gibraltar Housing Scheme, returning to Point A at the Paulwell Texaco gas station, thereby closing the perimeter.
During the hours of the curfew, all persons within its boundaries are required to remain within their premises, unless otherwise authorised by the ground commander
