April 25, 2025- A 48-Hour curfew has been imposed in sections of Green Island, Hanover. The curfew began at 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 25 and will remain in effect until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, April 27.
The boundaries of the curfew are:
North: Logwood Square to the back of the River Head road and Campbleton intersection.
East: River Head road and Campbleton intersection leading to a track to the back of Dam road.
South: A track to the back of Dam road to a foot path along Orange Bay road.
West: The foot path along Orange Bay road to a track that leads to the Logwood square.
During the hours of the curfew, persons within the boundaries of the curfew are required to remain indoors unless otherwise authorized by the person in charge of enforcing the curfew.
