March 17, 2021 – Detectives assigned to the Counter-Terrorism and Organised Crime Investigations Branch seized over three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) in counterfeit items during an operation in the corperate area on Wednesday, March 17.
Reports are that about 8:30 a.m., the officers conducted operations on Slipe Road where a business complex was searched and the counterfeit items found. The items have an estimated street value of three million JMD. Two men were taken into custody and will be interviewed in the presence of his attorneys.
Investigations continue.
