Four men, all of corporate area addresses, have been charged in connection with the robbery of a business place in Hanbury district, Mandeville in Manchester on Monday, April 19, 2021.
They are:
- Twenty-six-year-old Zavier Douglas of Mannings Hill, St. Andrew
- Thirty-three-year-old Kenneth Davis of West Road, Kingston
- Thirty-one-year-old Ricardo Brown of Parry Road, Kingston
- Twenty-two-year-old Joseph Brown of Hagley Park Road, St. Andrew
All four have been charged with Robbery with Aggravation and Illegal Possession of Firearm.
Reports are that about 3:30 p.m., the four—all armed with firearms—entered the complainant’s business place and robbed persons of their property. The robbers attempted to escape in a motor vehicle but were intercepted by the police, who were quick on the scene.
They were charged after interviews were arranged in the presence of their attorneys.
Their court dates are being finalised.
