April 21, 2021-Lawmen assigned to the Lucea Police Station seized one firearm and two magazines during an operation in Logwood district, Lucea in Hanover on Wednesday, April 21. A teenage boy and another man were taken into custody in relation to the incident.
Reports are that about 7:30 a.m., a team of Officers conducted an operation in the area where a premises was searched and one homemade firearm, one 9mm round of ammunition and two magazines- one Smith and Wesson and one Heckle and Kotch magazine were seized. A 16-year-old boy and a man were arrested in relation to the seizure.
Investigations continue.
