Detectives assigned to the Portland Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a witness who is vital to a case currently before the court.
She is Rose-Marie Brown, whose last known address is Dumfries District in Portland.
Brown is scheduled to appear in the Portland Circuit Court on Monday, March 11, 2024.
