Detectives assigned to the Port Antonio Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a witness who is vital to a case currently before the Circuit Court in Portland.
He is Morris Dawkins, whose last known address is Goffe Road, Glengoffe District in St. Catherine.
Dawkins is scheduled to appear before the court on Monday, April 22.
