Two of St. James wanted men turned themselves in to the police on Wednesday, June 19. They are Derron Reid and Austin Reid— both of Burnt Ground, Spring Mount in St. James. The men were listed as wanted by the St. James Police on Wednesday, June 12.
Derron Reid, who is otherwise called called ‘Man a 40’, is wanted for shooting with intent. Austin Reid, otherwise called ‘Ackeem’, is also wanted for shooting with intent. Derron and Austin were listed among eight other men as wanted in the division.
Investigators are urging the other men listed as wanted to turn themselves in.
They are:
- Lico Maxwell, of German Town, St. James. He is wanted for murder and wounding with intent.
- Thirty-year-old Omoy Romaine Largie, otherwise called ‘Not Nice’, is a welder of Top Hill, Mount Pelier, St. James. He is wanted for murder.
- Shaquille Brown of William Street, Montego Bay, St. James. He is wanted for murder.
- Thirty-four-year-old Keston Bertrand, otherwise called ‘Cas’ or ‘Trini’ or ‘Pablo’ of Hampton District, St. James. He is wanted for murder.
- Shane Morgan otherwise called ‘OKAY’ of Upper King Street, Montego Bay, St. James. He is wanted for murder.
- Thirty-two-year-old Stephano Johnson otherwise called ‘Steph’ or ‘Saj’ or ‘Beggy Don’ or ‘Bowl Head’ of Pitfour, Granville, Montego Bay, St. James. He is wanted for shooting with intent.
- Thirty-five-year-old Jermaine Richard Lawrence, of Tucker, St. James. He is wanted for shooting with intent.
These men are urged to turn themselves in to the Montego Bay Police immediately. Members of the public are also being reminded that it is a criminal offence to harbour a fugitive.
