The Clarendon Police have charged 58-year-old Reynard Graham otherwise called ‘Busta’, a driver of Effortville district, May Pen, Clarendon with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition, Shooting with Intent, Wounding with Intent, Using a Prohibited Weapon to Commit a Felony, following an incident in the parish on Sunday, October 13.

Reports from the May Pen Police are that at about 12:15p.m., the complainant was on his way from his neighbour’s property when he was attacked by Graham who was armed with a machete and handgun, Graham used the machete to inflict a wound on the complainant, who then ran in fear of his life.

Graham then pulled the firearm and opened gunfire in the direction of the man who managed to escape. The man was later rushed to the hospital.

On Saturday, November 29, Graham turned himself in to the police. A question and answer session was conducted in the present of his attorney, and Graham was subsequently charged.

His court date is being finalised.
