House Breaking, Larceny and Larceny of Motor Vehicle charges have been laid against 29-year-old barber Kerron Mason otherwise called ‘Piggy’ of Whitehall Avenue, Kingston following an incident in Smokey Vale, Kingston 8 on Wednesday, January 31.
Reports from the Stony Hill Police are that between 12:30a.m, and 9:30 a.m., a man parked and securely locked his motor vehicle along his driveway and retired to bed. While the man slept Mason entered the house stole a laptop and escaped in the man’s Subaru Impreza motor car valued at $2,800,000JMD.
A report was made and an investigation was launched into the matter. Mason was taken into custody in another police division in relation to other breaking incidents and was charged after a question-and-answer session in the presence of his attorney.
He is slated to appear in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on Tuesday, February 04.
