Detectives attached to the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vital witness in a case currently before the St. Catherine Parish Court.
She is 19-year-old Jheytoy Smith, whose last known address is Bridgeport, Portmore, St. Catherine.
Smith is scheduled to appear before the court on Wednesday, February 26.
