ST. ANDREW SOUTH MAN CHARGED WITH HOUSE BREAKING WITH INTENT
Twenty-six-year-old Terry Cox of Pembroke Close, Queen Hill, Kingston 19, has been charged with House Breaking with Intent following an incident in his community on Tuesday, March 18.
Reports from the Duhaney Park Police are that at about 6:00 a.m., a woman securely locked her premises and left for work. She received alerts a few hours later indicating that her home was being broken into. Review of CCTV footage revealed Cox breaking and entering through her front door and then exiting after he saw the installed cameras. A report was made to the police, and the footage was submitted.
The police immediately launched an investigation into the matter, and Cox was accosted by lawmen and subsequently charged.
A court date for him is being arranged.
