CURFEW IMPOSED IN SECTIONS OF PARRY TOWN, OCHO RIOS, ST. ANN
A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in sections of Parry Town, Ocho Rios, St. Ann. The curfew began at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6 and will remain in effect until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025
The areas of the curfew are as follows:
North: Along an imaginary line that runs from the entrance of Parry Town to a section of the Gaza district
East: Along an imaginary line that runs through to the Gaza district to the Road Cordon
South: Along an imaginary line that runs from the endpoint of the Road Cordon to a section above Kellington
West: Along an imaginary line that runs from Kellington, leading onto Parry Town to the Entrance of Parry Town to the Road Cordon
During the hours of the curfew, all persons within its boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorised by the ground commander.
