KINGSTON MAN CHARGED WITH HOUSE BREAKING AND LARCENY
Thirty-five-year-old Lorenzo Grout, otherwise called ‘Blue Took,’ of Fleet Street, Kingston, has been charged with House Breaking and Larceny following an incident in the parish between Saturday, July 19, and Sunday, July 20, 2025.
Reports from the Constant Spring Police are that sometime on the dates mentioned above, a woman securely locked her house and left. Upon the woman’s return, she discovered that her house had been broken into.
She made further checks of the premises and found that a number of items were missing, including an HP laptop computer, a 4K Ultra HD camera, items of female clothing, an air mattress, a 14K gold and diamond ring, shoes, a computer, blankets, and other personal items, all amounting to five hundred and thirty-five thousand dollars ($535,000).
A report was made, and the police carried out an operation at the home of Grout, where he was taken into custody. He was subsequently charged after a caution statement.
His court date is being finalised.
