MANCHESTER FARMER SLAPPED WITH GUN-RELATED CHARGES
The Manchester Police have charged 60-year-old John Cole, a farmer of Muirhead district, Pike, Manchester, with Discharging a Firearm in Any Place Without Lawful Reason, Being in Possession of Firearm to Cause Injury, Unauthorised Possession of Ammunition, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, and Malicious Destruction of Property, following an incident in his community on Wednesday, February 5.
Reports from the Christiana Police are that at about 6:30 p.m., a man was at home when he reportedly heard gunshots, which were followed by a sound coming from a section of his house. He went to investigate and saw a bullet hole in a section of his bathroom wall.
A report regarding the incident was made to the police, and an investigation was carried out. During the investigation, Cole was arrested during an operation.
A court date is being finalised.
