ASSAULT RIFLE SEIZED IN KINGSTON CENTRAL
A team of officers assigned to the Kingston Central Policing Division seized an MKA assault rifle during an operation at Gold Street in Kingston on Friday, October 17.
Reports from the Gold Street Police are that at about 11:00 a.m., lawmen conducted an operation in search of prohibited weapons. During the operation, the firearm with an empty magazine affixed was seized. No arrests have yet been made in connection with the find.
The investigation continues.
