FIREARM SEIZURE IN HANOVER
Lawmen assigned to the Hanover Policing Division arrested eight persons—one of them a woman—in connection with the seizure of a prohibited firearm in Cave Valley, Green Island in Hanover, on Monday, February 23.
Reports are that at about 6:30 a.m., a police team conducted a targeted operation in the community. During the search of a house, lawmen found a Kanuni S firearm with a magazine affixed containing one 9mm round in one of the bedrooms.
The identities of the persons in custody are being withheld pending further investigations.
