CLARENDON FARMER CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL WOUNDING
The Clarendon Police have charged 44-year-old Christopher Biscoe, a farmer of Mason River in the parish, following an incident in his community on Thursday, August 21.
Reports from the May Pen Police are that at about 12:30 p.m., Biscoe and a neighbour were engaged in an argument when he brandished a knife, which he used to inflict a stab wound to the man’s side. Lawmen were alerted to the scene, and the man was transported to hospital, where he was treated and released.
A report was subsequently made to the police, and Biscoe was arrested shortly after. He was charged on Saturday, August 30.
A court date for him is being finalised.
