The Clarendon Police have charged 20-year-old Nickolas Wilkinson a construction worker of Bucks Common district, May Pen in Clarendon following an incident at his home on Wednesday, September 11.
Wilkinson is charged with Assault at Common Law, Malicious Destruction of Property, Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm and Possession of Prohibited Weapon.
Reports from the May Pen Police are that about 7:30 a.m., during a dispute between Wilkinson and a woman it’s alleged that he physically assaulted her causing her several wounds. He then left and returned with a firearm, which he pointed in her direction before leaving the area. The incident was reported to the police who launched investigation. Wilkinson turned himself in to the police on the same day.
On Friday, September 13, Wilkinson was charged after a question-and-answer session in the presence of his lawyer.
His court date has not been finalised.
