CLARENDON RESIDENT CHARGED WITH UNLAWFUL WOUNDING

Thirty-one-year-old Marlon Davis, a delivery man of Anderson Close, May Pen, in the parish, has been charged with Unlawful Wounding following an incident in May Pen, Clarendon, on Monday, August 18.

Reports from the May Pen Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) are that at about 1:00p.m., Davis and a woman got into an argument. During the fracas, Davis grabbed the woman and sank his nails into her arms, causing wounds that bled.

A report was made to the police, and an investigation followed. Davis was later accosted in his community and was officially charged on Friday, August 22, based on a witness statement.

His court date is being finalised.
