CONSTRUCTION WORKER CHARGED WITH RAPE
Rape and Grievous Sexual Assault charges have been laid against 34-year-old Richard Bryan a construction worker of Harley Road, Kingston 11, following two incidents in Charleton drive, Kingston 8 on Tuesday, July 2 and September 2024
Reports from the Centre of Investigation for Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA are that Brown was working at the victim’s home, when he held down the 15-year-old in her bedroom and sexually assaulted her. In September 2024, Brown went back to the address to conduct repairs, where he again sexually assaulted the teen.
Bryan was charged after a question and answer session. He is scheduled to appear before the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on Friday, October 18.
