Inspector Development Programme 2023

In continuation of the efforts to develop and strengthen the number of supervisors available in the organization, the Jamaica Constabulary Force will conduct a development programme. This programme will conclude with successful Sergeants being promoted to the rank of Inspector.

The Inspectors’ Development Programme 2023 will have a bias towards operational and station command roles. This programme aims to advance job knowledge and enhance supervisory skills and attitudes. The programme will be multi-dimensional, with the intention to provide the Force with 35 new Inspectors.
