His early posting at King’s House marked the commencement of a distinguished career, further amplified by his over two decades of service within the Protective Service Division. DSP Cain’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping and guiding the professional development of many of the people he has mentored and coached, over the years. He has witnessed the JCF’s evolution – embracing technological advancements that enhance public service and championing training and development initiatives that foster a competent and motivated workforce. His belief in the bright future of the JCF stems from the calibre of its leadership and the competence of its members, driven by a shared commitment to serve Jamaica well.
