
POLICE SEEK ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFT BODY
The St. Andrew Central Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a man who was shot and killed on Bloomsbury Road, Kingston 10, on Friday, March 6.
The deceased is of light brown complexion, slim build, and is about 175 centimetres (5 feet 9 inches) tall; he is believed to be in his early twenties. The body was clad in army-coloured shorts and a pair of black slippers marked ‘US POLO.’ The body also has a tattoo of a cross with the words ‘Fear of God’ on the upper right arm. There are also stars tattooed on the lower right arm.
Passers-by discovered the body of the unidentified man on Saturday, March 7, at about 7:53 a.m. and called the Police. The body was transported to the morgue after investigators processed the crime scene.
Detectives are now appealing to anyone who can help them identify the deceased man or locate his relatives to contact the Half Way Tree Police Station at 876-926-8184 or 876-926-8185. Persons may also contact Crime Stop at 311, the police 119 number, or the nearest police station.
