Detectives assigned to the Centre for the Investigations of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a witness that is vital to a case currently before the Home Circuit Court.
She is Vivia Clarke whose last known address is Renfield Terrace, Kingston 20.
Clarke is scheduled to appear before the court on Monday, May 20.
