The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a witness who is vital to a case currently before the Supreme Court.
He is Albert Emmanuel Spencer, whose last known address is Knightsville, Yallahs, St. Thomas.
Spencer is scheduled to appear before the court on Thursday, October 24.
Albert Emmanuel Spencer or anyone knowing his whereabouts is asked to immediately contact DPP’s office at 876-922-6321-5, the police 119 emergency numbers, or the nearest police station.
