April 26, 2025- Detectives assigned to the Manchester Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a witness who is vital to a case currently before the Manchester Circuit Court.
She is Shakera Stewart, whose last known address is Hatsfield district, Manchester.
She is scheduled to appear before the court on Thursday, May 29.
