Police Seek Witness for Court – Mishal Moncrieffe and Lisa James

Detectives assigned to the Centre for Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two witnesses who are vital to a case currently before the Kingston & St. Andrew Home Circuit Court.

They are Mishal Moncrieffe and Lisa James whose last known address is Ward Close, Kingston 8.

Moncrieffe and James are scheduled to appear before the court on Monday, October 07.
