Detectives assigned to the St. Catherine North Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA), are seeking the public’s assistance to locate two witnesses who are vital to a case currently before the St. Catherine Parish Court.
They are Roxanne Galloway and Caleen Smith, whose last known address is China Town, Central
Village in St. Catherine.
Galloway and Smith are scheduled to appear before the court on Friday, February 7.
Roxanne Galloway, Caleen Smith or anyone knowing their whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Catherine North (CISOCA) at 876-876-984-2305, the police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
