Quick action by Officers assigned to the St. Andrew South Police led to the seizure of a .45 revolver with four .45 cartridges on Tom Cringle Drive, Plantation Heights, Kingston 19 on Tuesday, May 04.
Reports are that about 9:00 a.m., the team received reports of motorists being robbed by men in the area. The lawmen responded and upon their arrival, two men were seen. Upon seeing the Police, the men ran leaving behind the firearm; they were chased however they managed to elude the Police.
Investigations are ongoing.
