
‘SCARY’ FACING ADDITIONAL GUN-RELATED CHARGES
Additional charges have been laid against 54-year-old Bryan Vincent, otherwise called ‘Scary,’ a farmer of Clark’s Town, Trelawny, following a series of incidents in Kinloss, Clark’s Town, Trelawny.
The charges laid against Vincent are: Using a Firearm to Commit a Schedule Offence, Assault at Common Law (2 counts), Possession of Unauthorised Ammunition, Possession of Prohibited Weapon, and Discharge of a firearm.
Reports from the Falmouth Police are that between Saturday, December 27, 2025, and Sunday, December 28, 2025, Vincent allegedly attended an event; whilst at the event, he instigated an altercation with two men. During the dispute, Vincent reportedly removed a firearm from his waistband, pointed it at both men, and threatened them. Vincent then left the area; however, whilst doing so, he allegedly discharged several shots in the vicinity.
A report regarding the incident was made to the police, and an investigation was launched. During the investigation, the police urged Vincent to turn himself in via multiple publications on the Wanted Wednesday’s online campaign. On Wednesday, January 07, Vincent turned himself in and was formally charged following a question-and-answer session in the presence of his attorney.
His court date is being arranged.
