
ST. MARY NATIVE FACES GUN-REALTED AND LARCENY CHARGES
Detectives assigned to the St. Andrew North Policing Division have charged 31-year-old Tasseff Thomas, an entrepreneur of Port Maria, St. Mary, with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Using a Firearm to Commit a Felony, and Robbery with Aggravation following an incident along St. Cristopher Road, St. Andrew, on Wednesday, September 16.
Reports from the Constant Spring Police are that at about 11:15 p.m., a woman was walking along the roadway when Thomas and his accomplice rode up on a motorcycle and robbed her of cash and an iPhone 17 Pro Max. They then made their escape on said motorcycle in the area. A report regarding the robbery was made to the police, and an investigation was launched.
Thomas was subsequently arrested during an intelligence-led operation and was later charged following a question-and-answer session in the presence of his attorney.
Thomas is currently awaiting a court date.
