The Portland police arrested and charged two men with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition following a firearm seizure in Rivers View, Rio Grande in Portland on Tuesday, January 23.
Charged are: 55-year-old Wilton Clarke otherwise called ‘Sweetness’, a mason and 26-year-old Odaine Clarke otherwise called ‘Shane’, a farmer both of Rivers View District, Portland.
Reports are that about 11:00 a.m., the premises occupied by both men was searched. During which, one 9mm pistol was found, along with one magazine containing ten 9mm cartridges. Both men were arrested and charged after a question-and-answer session.
Their court dates are being arranged.
