Detectives assigned to the Kingston Central Police arrested and charged 29-year-old Cassandra Brown of Shakespeare Kingston 20 was arrested and charged with Unlawful Wounding and Assault Occasioning Grievous Bodily Harm following an incident along Duke Street in Kingston on Tuesday, January 16.
Reports are that about 2:20 p.m., Brown and another woman had an argument in which Brown allegedly attacked the other woman, causing the premature loss of a tooth.
The matter was reported to the police, who transported the complainant to the hospital. The process of investigation was thereafter advanced, following which Brown was arrested and charged.
She is scheduled to appear in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on Thursday, February 8
