A Rape charge has been laid against 22-year-old Jevaughn Jones otherwise called ‘Jav’, a plumber of Central Flat, Kingsvale, Hanover in relation to an incident in his community on Saturday, January 20.
Reports from the police are that about 10:00 a.m., the woman was at home, when Jones entered her bedroom and sexually assaulted her. A report was made to the police and Jones subsequently arrested.
On Monday, January 29, Jones was interviewed, following which he was charged. A court date is being finalised.
