Twenty-one-year-old Darren Blake, security guard of Stewarton district, Mocho, Clarendon was arrested and charged following a series of events that occurred between December 2023 – February 26, 2024.
Reports from the May Pen Police are that Blake was seen coming from his director’s office, which he was not permitted to be in. He was searched and the director’s keys were found in his possession. The police were summoned and Blake admitted that he stole a total of nine hundred and thirty thousand Jamaican dollars ($930,000.00 JMD) over the aforementioned period of time.
He was arrested and charged with House Breaking and Larceny and Simple Larceny. His court date is being finalised.
