Several charges have been laid against entertainer Andrae Sutherland also known as ‘Popcaan’ in relative to his conduct at an event in Yallahs, St. Thomas between Friday December 22 and Saturday December 23.
The artiste has been charged with Breaches of the Noise Abatement Act, Threat, Using Abusive and Calumnious Language, Using Indecent Language and Disorderly Conduct.
Sutherland is scheduled to appear in the St. Thomas Parish Court on Wednesday, January 10.
