Continuing to serve the public, who remains at the forefront of our minds, the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) is refocusing its operations so that all Jamaicans understand that we are a Force for Good that operates within the rule of law, with respect for all citizens, with one aim—to keep them safe. This Police week, we take this message to our stakeholders and communities as we update them on how we are changing to keep them safe. A rapid modernisation is unfolding, led by the introduction of new technologies – from station records management systems to smart terminals in our service vehicles. All of these modernisation projects will ultimately improve efficiency, improve service delivery and ultimately keep Jamaicans safe.

We welcome the input of our communities as we shape the way forward together, so this Police Week, as we celebrate the JCF’s 154th anniversary, through our week of activities we invite members of the public to join us from Monday, November 22 to Sunday, November 28.
