The police are advising members of the public that the Hordly Crossing section of the Golden Grove main road in the parish of St. Thomas; leading into Portland is impassable due to heavy rainfall overnight.
Two motorists, who were trapped in a vehicle, were rescued by the police who responded to the 119 emergency call.
Persons should not venture into the area until they are further updated.
