Thirty-thee-year-old Seventeen-year-old d Andrew Williams otherwise called ‘Biggs’ Higgler of Tawes Meadows, Spanish Town and a Seventeen-year-old were charged with , Conspiracy to Kidnap, Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition and Using a Prohibited Weapon to commit Felony
Reports from the Lucea Police are that about 7:30 a.m., the complainant was taken from his workplace at gun point and taken to a location in Spanish Town where Williams demanded JMD 100,000 thousand for the man safe return. A report was made, and Anderson was arrested by a team of officers who acted on information performed an intelligence led operation to save the hostage. Both men were arrested and charged after a question-and-answer session in the presence of their attorney.
