Fifty-four-year-old taxi operator and tailor Gary Graham, otherwise called ‘Robert and Bruck Up’ of Rio Bueno district in Trelawny, was charged with Rape and Buggery following an incident in his community on Tuesday, November 14.
Reports from the Rio Bueno police are that about 11:00 p.m., a woman boarded Graham’s taxi en route to Trelawny. The other passengers eventually disembarked, leaving her alone with the driver. He took the woman to a playfield where, without her consent, he sexually assaulted her. After the ordeal, she made a report to the police, and an investigation was launched.
Graham was taken into custody and charged on Wednesday, November 22, following an operation.
His court date is being finalised.
