Thirty-eight-year-old Dian Bryce, a farmer of Davis district, Old Harbour, St. Catherine has been charged with Shooting with Intent, Possession of Prohibited Weapon, and Unauthorized of Possession Ammunition following an incident in his community on Thursday, July 27.
Reports from Old Harbour Police are that about 10:30 p.m., a man was walking through a lane, when Bryce allegedly opened gunfire at him. He managed to escape unhurt and made a report to the police. Bryce was arrested and charged after a question-and-answer session in the presence of his attorney.
A court date for him is being finalised.
