Detectives assigned to the Lottery Scam Task Force arrested and charged 21-year-old Damarion Spence of Bogue Village, Montego Bay, St. James, with Possession of Identity Information and Possession of Access Device following a targeted operation at his home on Thursday, January 04.
Reports are that between the hours of 4 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., a search was conducted at his home. During the operation, eight US bank cards, one laptop, and a cell phone were found. During an onsite analysis of Spence’s laptop and cell phone, identity information of persons residing overseas as well as banking information were seen.
He was subsequently arrested and charged.
His court date is being finalised.
