FEMALE HIGGLER AMONG TWO CHARGED AFTER ASSAULTING A MAN
Thirty-year-old higgler Venice Bolton, otherwise called ‘Kim,’ and 27-year-old Tevin Davis, otherwise called ‘Brown Chop,’ both of Dillpath Crescent, Kingston 11, have been charged with Assault Occasioning Bodily Harm in relation to an incident in their community on Saturday, April 25.
Reports from the Hunts Bay Police are that Bolton and Davis visited a man’s home and a verbal altercation developed. During the fracas, the two physically assaulted the man, resulting in him sustaining a broken hand and injuries to his face.
The matter was reported to the police, and following an investigation, the two were taken into custody later the same day and were subsequently charged.
They are slated to appear in the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court on Thursday, May 28.
