Detectives assigned to the Mandeville Criminal Investigations Branch (CIB), are seeking the public’s assistance to locate two witnesses who are vital to a case that is currently before the Manchester Circuit Court. They are Carl Smith, whose last known address is Limit district, Manchester and Shrem Green, whose last known address is Spalding, Clarendon. Smith and Green are scheduled to appear before the court on Tuesday, February 11. Carl Smith, Shrem Green or anyone knowing their whereabouts is asked to contact the Mandeville CIB at 876-962-2832, 119 police emergency number or the nearest police
