Twenty-five-year-old Raheem Gauntlette, a bearer of Saturn Avenue, Harbour View in Kingston 17 was charged with Unauthorised Possession of Ammunition following an incident on Wednesday, August 09.
Reports from the Elletson Road Police are that at about 2:00 p.m., lawmen carried out an operation at Gauntlett premises when his bedroom was searched. Five 5.56 cartridges were seized from a drawer. He was arrested and charged following the seizure.
Investigations continue.
