Detectives assigned to the Cambridge Police Station has charged 29-year-old Queen-Ann Spence of Johnson Common, Bickersteth, Cambridge in St. James, withChild Neglect, following the death of her son on Tuesday, May 31.
Reports are that Aden’s body was found about 6:45 a.m. at the back of his home and the police were summoned. On arrival of the lawmen, the body was seen with a wound to the face. The body was removed to the morgue pending a post mortem examination.
Susequently the mother was taken into custody where she was charged for the offence and brought before the court. She was remanded.
Investigations are ongoing.
