Thirty-year-old Coye Williams, a labourer of Odd Man Lane, St. Catherine has been charged with several offences following an incident in Grants Pen Avenue, Kingston 8 on Sunday, September 24.
Williams was charged with.
–Possession of Prohibited Weapon
-Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition
-Conspiracy to Murder
-Murder (three counts)
The deceased are 51-year-old Christopher Gordon and 49-year-old Shane Brooks both construction worker of Grants Pen Avenue, Kingston 8 and Gawayne Harvey of Parks Road, Above Rocks, St. Catherine.
Detectives assigned to the Major Investigations Division (MID) had been probing the shooting murder of the three men through intelligence lead operations which led to Williams being taken into custody the same day. He was initially charged with Possession of Prohibited Weapon, but further investigation led to further charges being laid.
His court date is being finalized.
