Twenty-three-year-old Howard Swaby, otherwise called ‘Dre’, Vendor of Chancery Lane, Kingston was arrested and charged following an incident on Monday, August 21.
Reports from the Kingston Central Police are that lawmen were on patrol and carrying out a targeted raid. Upon entering the premises, Swaby was seen acting in a manner that aroused their suspicion. A search of his house was conducted and a Smith and Wesson 9mm pistol with a magazine containing eight 9mm rounds of ammunition was found. He was subsequently arrested and charged.
His court date is being finalised.
